A honeycomb litter mat with two layers. The top layer is full of holes, so when your cat steps out, loose litter drops through and collects in the layer underneath instead of being carried across the room. Lift the open edge and pour it back into the box or the bin.

Questions
Does it work with any litter?
It catches most clay and clumping litter. Very fine litter or large pellets can behave differently, so empty the mat a little more often at first.
How do I clean it?
Pour out the litter between the layers, then rinse the mat with water and let it dry flat. For a quick clean, vacuum the top.
How long does delivery take?
About 2–4 weeks (8–23 business days) to the US and Canada. Shipping is free and tracking is emailed to you.

Shipping is free on orders to the United States and Canada. The cost is built into our prices, so there are no surprises at checkout. One exception: the Dinosaur Skeleton Costume is a bulky parcel, so orders to Canada pay a shipping charge for it, shown at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Visitors from Canada see prices in Canadian dollars.
Delivery time
Our items ship from overseas. Most orders take 1–3 business days to prepare and then about 7–20 business days in transit, so plan on about 2–4 weeks (8–23 business days) in total. We can't promise arrival by a specific date, so for Halloween please order as early as you can.
Orders to Canada: import fees
Because our items ship from overseas, Canada Post or the Canada Border Services Agency may collect import duties, taxes or a handling fee on delivery for some orders. These aren't included in our prices.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Lost, stuck or damaged parcels
If your tracking stops updating or your order arrives damaged, email support@mochifavorites.com with your order number (and a photo of any damage). We'll look into it and send a replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost or damaged.
Check your address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

14-day returns
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it's unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags or packaging.
Costumes
Costumes that have been worn by a pet can't be returned, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please try costumes on gently and keep the tags attached until you're sure.
How to start a return
Email support@mochifavorites.com with your order number, the item and the reason. We'll email you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before we confirm.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund parcels that don't reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
Wrong size?
Check the size chart on the product page before ordering. To change a size, return the unused item within 14 days and place a new order.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it can be returned under the policy above.
