Who is Mochi?

How do I pick the right size?

Measure your pet's neck, chest and back length and compare them with the size chart on the product page. Between sizes? Go one size up. Here's how to measure your dog.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders to the United States and Canada. The one exception is the Dinosaur Skeleton Costume, which has a shipping charge on orders to Canada (shown at checkout).

How long does shipping take?

Our items ship from overseas, so plan on about 2–4 weeks (8–23 business days). We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may ship separately. We can't promise arrival by a specific date, so for Halloween please order early.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For orders to Canada, Canada Post may collect import duties, taxes or a handling fee on delivery for some orders; these aren't included in our prices. See Shipping.

Can I return something?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Costumes that have been worn by a pet can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. See Returns & Refunds.

Is there a discount for more than one item?

Yes: any 2 items, 10% off, applied automatically at checkout.

How do I keep my pet comfortable in a costume?

Costumes are for supervised dress-up and photos. Check the fit, take it off if your pet seems uncomfortable, and never leave a pet alone in a costume. We don't make safety or health claims; if you have a health concern, ask your vet.
