Shipping policy

Free shipping to the US and Canada

Shipping is free on orders to the United States and Canada. One exception: the Dinosaur Skeleton Costume has a shipping charge on orders to Canada, shown at checkout. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Delivery time

Our items ship from overseas. Orders take 1–3 business days to prepare and about 7–20 business days in transit, so plan on about 2–4 weeks (8–23 business days) in total. We cannot promise arrival by a specific date, so for Halloween please order as early as you can.

Orders to Canada

Because our items ship from overseas, Canada Post or the Canada Border Services Agency may collect import duties, taxes or a handling fee on delivery for some orders. These are not included in our prices.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Lost, stuck or damaged parcels

If your tracking stops updating or your order arrives damaged, email support@mochifavorites.com with your order number (and a photo of any damage). We will look into it and send a replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost or damaged.

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
