Refund policy

14-day returns

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags or packaging.

Costumes

Costumes that have been worn by a pet cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email support@mochifavorites.com with your order number, the item and the reason. We will email you the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay for return shipping.

Exchanges

To change a size, return the unused item within 14 days and place a new order.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.
